SMA hosts church camps and events, as well as many other functions, such as workshops, family reunions, and weddings. Your group doesn't have to be a church group to use our facilities, but we do ask that all of our guests and their events remain in the scope of our Christian mission (in other words, no alcohol, drugs, etc.). Steps to planning your event at SMA

Determine desired dates for event (with alternative dates)

Determine lodging needs

Determine meeting and recreation needs

Call or e-mail SMA to check availability

Schedule visit to SMA

Send $100 non-refundable reservation fee

Contract and 10% deposit due back to SMA 3 months prior to your event

Final lodging and meal count due to SMA 10 days prior to event
